Coaching has been defined in many ways. The essence of coaching is to:

  • Support a person with change and move in the direction they want to go

  • Support a person at every level in becoming who they want to be

  • Enable individuals to build self-awareness which empowers choice and leads to change

Feeling comfortable with your coach is of upmost importance when working together to reach your goals. A chemistry session is highly recommended to determine whether you feel comfortable working with your coach. This typically involves having a 15-minute telephone or virtual meeting to discuss your needs.

Once you feel ready to start working with your coach you will then mutually agree on a convenient time and location to work together on a regular basis.

Coaching can take place virtually or face to face. Frequency of sessions are typically on a monthly basis for a period of 6 - 12 months depending on the goals set by the Coachee. Each session duration is between 1 - 1&1/2 hours.
